 The Chat History tab records all messages sent using the Chat feature (found in the [[:5000manual:5800utilities:5832loggedin|Logged in Users]] screen or Chat button on Employee Maintenance).
 The Inbox tab records all messages sent to this employee. The Outbox lists all messages sent by this employee when logged into TSM.
