===== OLE and OCX errors =====

__Incident Description__

TSM Error: “Unknown member LISTBAR,” OLE errors or any errors to do with OCX files.

**Note:**              If you are using Windows Vista Please refer to the [[2000faq:2200errors:tsm_vista|relevant document]].

__Resolution__

This error has to do with library files for things such as the TSM Task Bar and the Visual Scheduler. The files need to be re-registered.

1.      Right click on the TSM icon, click on "Run as administrator". In TSM, press ALT+F8. A series of messages will appear such as this one:

2.      Press OK on all of them. If any of these indicate that the file has not been registered successfully, please contact your IT personnel or TSM Support for help.
