===== XFRX, HNDLIB & ZLIB Errors ===== __Incident Description__ Various errors and version mismatch messages for utility files of the report engine xfrxlib.fll, hndlib.dlland zlib.dll, when printing reports, emailing, or sending SMS (all of which rely on the report engine and its utility files). {{.:xfrx001.png|}}{{.:xfrx003.png|}}{{.:xfrx005.png|}}\\ __Resolution__ This issue might come up after a TSM version update. If this is not the case, running the TSM update should fix this (as the files will be replaced and updated). **Note:** You will need permission to access an ftp server download from it anonymously – this is a function of your network admin and they may have disabled this for one reason or another. If this is the case the process listed below will fail at step 3. Please call TSM support if this is the case. 1. Open Windows Explorer (Win XP Only), Internet Explorer or another internet browser [{{ 2000faq:2200errors:xfrx009.png?200|XFRX FTP Directory}}] 2. Browse to the TSM FTP directory ftp://ftp.proware.com.au/xfrx. There you will find 3 files: 3. Download these files onto your hard drive 4. Log everyone out of TSM and copy them over into the TSM directory. Select to overwrite the ones already there if prompted to do so. 5. Test the solution by opening TSM and printing a job card to screen. If it does not displays correctly, please contact TSM Support.
