===== HRA ===== The HRA (Hazard Risk Assessment) is used to record potential hazards against the job, the risk class, and the actions which will be taken to reduce the risk. ^**Entering HRA against the Job**^ The HRA can be found in the HRA tab of the Job Card and Wide Jobs modules. The grid at the top of the screen displays the tasks and hazards recorded against the job. It is non-editable. New tasks and hazards are added by clicking the Add button below and filling in the fields in the bottom half of the screen (listed below.) {{:5000manual:5200jobcards:hra_tab.png?600|}} ^**Date**^ The date the task will be carried out. ^**Sequence**^ The order the task and hazard will appear in. ^**Job Task**^ The task that the risk will apply to. ^**Hazard**^ This can be used as a text field or lookup list by clicking the tick button next to the hazard. If using a lookup list, right click on the drop down menu to bring up the Codes Maintenance page to add additional hazards. {{ :5000manual:5200jobcards:hra2.png?200 |}} ^**Risk Class**^ The initial risk class as defined by your risk matrix. ^**Personal Protective Equipment Required**^ This can be used as a text field or lookup list by clicking the tick button next to the personal protective equipment required. If using a lookup list, right click on the drop down menu to bring up the Codes Maintenance page to add additional personal protective equipment. {{ :5000manual:5200jobcards:hra3.png?400 |}} ^**Control measures**^ What will be done/ was done to reduce the risk. ^**Amended Risk Class**^ The risk class after the control measures have been put in place. ^**Printing HRA**^ To print a report which displays the HRA, click Print at the top of the Job Card. {{:5000manual:5200jobcards:top_toolbar.png?600|}} From the drop down menu, select ‘Detailed Job Card (No Manual Entries) – w/HRA’ as the report and select the destination for the report. {{:5000manual:5200jobcards:print_report.png?600|}}
