The Customer Type identifies different types of contacts for reporting purposes. It also allows a default Service Fee and default Labour Type to be assigned to customers with this Customer Type.

^**Callout Fee**^
The default callout fee (service fee) to charge on jobs for customers with this Customer Type.

^**Default Labour Type**^
The default labour type to use on jobs for customers with this Customer Type.

^**Applies To**^
Which customer type is the code valid for?

  * Customer - The code applies to Customers only
  * Supplier - The customer type applies only to Suppliers
  * Both     - The customer type is valid for both Customers and Suppliers
