===== How to logout TSM Remote users =====

__Incident Description__

TSM Logged In Users indicated a TSM Remote user is still logging in, however, this user has already logged out from tablet.

__Resolution__

**Note:** The follow action needs to be processed on the server which is installed TSM and TSM Remote

  - Execute Run from windows Start menu
  - Enter **iisreset** then click OK

**Note:** This command will restart all the installed web services in IIS, please contact your IT technicians or TSM if you have any further inquiry.
