__Incident description__

Need to solve the blank screen before logging in TSM Remote

__Steps__

1. Open Settings on the tablet main screen

2. Locate App or Application under the Settings menu

3. Look for TSMRemote application in the application list, uninstall the application

5. Open Google Play

6. Search TSMRemote and install it again
