__Incident Description__

Receiving errors about SOAP Fault error while logging in TSM Remote

Error message : SOAPFault (Server): System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request.

__Resolution__

  - Open TSM Remote configuration page, click [[7000tsm_remote:7200faq:7260serverconfigurl|here]] if having trouble to locate the address
  - Enter your TSM user name and password
  - Click "Login"
  - You can [[7000tsm_remote:7200faq:7030iisreset|restart IIS]] if the problem still occurs
