TSM can be purchased by contacting our sales department at [[sales@theservicemanager.com]] or visiting http://www.theservicemanager.com/.

Generally, TSM will be installed on your site by one of our consultants. However if you have organised a local demonstration/testing copy, or wish to do the full installation yourself, you will be emailed with the installer download instructions and a key file to unlock your copy. Instructions on installing TSM can be found on [[:8000tsm7:8025installing:8025installing|this wiki]], or in the PDF supplied with the installer. 

Once successfully installed, activate TSM by running a TSM client and follow the prompts to import the supplied key file. If you have any problems with this, please contact [[http://www.theservicemanager.com/services/techsuppproc|TSM Support]].
