No Parameter Statement
Incident description
TSM Error “No PARAMETER Statement found” when printing a report.

Resolution:
1 Having noted the report’s name in the print report screen, got to the reports module and select the appropriate report category. In this case it will be Job Cards.
2 Press the 
button on the right.

3 Find and select the report’s name from Step 1 and press the “Customise” button.
4 In the Report menu of the report designer select “Properties”
5 Click on the Data Environment tab
5.1 Untick “Use Full Path”
5.2 Note the class and data source – they need to be re-selected
5.3 Note the status of the data session tickbox. This tickbox needs to stay in the same state when done.
5.4 Click Select

6 Select the data source and the data class from step 5.2
7 Press OK and Yes to agree with the next few prompts.
8 Press OK on the report properties screen, save the report and exit the report editor.
