Cannot load 32-bit DLL qbint32A. The following error comes up:

The old QuickBooks interface comes up, instead of the regular screen:

Resolution

There is a problem with the QuickBooks Interface version setting. The following steps should resolve this issue:

1. There is a qbint32.dll file in TSM directory. Make a copy of this file and rename it as qbint32a.dll.

2. When the old QuickBooks Interface screen comes up select the newest version available.

3. Press Exit and restart the accounting post. The regular ActPost screen should come up. Click Yes on the following message:
