Equipment Checklists

A Checklist can be against a job as a whole, as above, or can be against an individual item of equipment on a Job Card. Using Checklists linked to an Equipment entry on a Job Card.

  1. Click Action → Job Cards → Job Card.
  2. Click on the ‘Equipment’ tab.
  3. Click on the ‘Equipment Details’ tab.
  4. Select the piece of Equipment that will be updated from the grid on the left hand side of the screen.
  5. If the ‘Enable Checklists’ option (see ‘Enabling Checklists’ on page 2 of this document) has been turned on, the Equipment tab will now have the ‘Equ. Check List’ sub-tab. Click on the ‘Equ. Check List’ tab
  6. Follow the same procedure as Job Card Checklists for adding and completing Equipment Check Lists.
