Activities/Insurance

The Activities/Insurance page allows you to record specialised skill information and insurance details for employees.

Activities

Activity codes are configured in Codes Setup and consist of the ID, a description, and a general details field which appears on the Activities tab.

To add an activity for an employee click , select an Activity code from the drop-down list and add any employee specific details.

Click to add the record or to undo any changes. Select an existing activity and click to remove it.

Insurance

The Insurance Expiry field records the date the employees indemnity insurance expires. A warning will be displayed if this employee is assigned a job after this date. The box below the date allows any relevant details to be entered.
