The Job Card Reports screen is used to print out Full Job Cards as well as listing jobs in TSM.

TSM has 2 different types of Job Cards; Standard Jobs and Contract Jobs. The report options available differ depending on which type you choose.

• Job Cards - All jobs that are completed and invoiced in one go.
• Contract Jobs - All jobs that occur over a period of time and have multiple stages and progress invoices.
• Both - Include both job types in the report output.

TSM has 2 different types of Contract Job reports. Note: This option is only available if you have selected Contract Jobs for the Job Card Type.

• Contract Jobs - Report is based on the Contract Job as a whole.
• Stages - Report is based on the Stages / Variations of a Contract Job.

TSM Job Cards have 2 different types of reports. Note: This option is only available if you have selected Job Cards for the Job Card Type.

• Job Cards - Report is based on the Job Card as a whole.
• Equipment Services - Report is based on the Equipment services on the job. With this option, you can report by part number, serial number etc.

• Incomplete - Limit output to those jobs that do not as yet have a completed date assigned. This option provides a quick way of printing out all of your open jobs in TSM
• Complete - Choosing this option will limit output to those jobs that do have a completed date assigned. This option provides a quick way of printing out all of your closed jobs in TSM
• Both - Includes all jobs, effectively ignoring this condition.

Select one of the options to break up and email the report to the contact. The options are:

• Email Job Customer - Sends an email to each customer for all included jobs.
• Email Billing Customer - Sends an email to each customer for all included jobs.
• Email Job Sales Person - Sends an email to each Salesperson (as defined on the Job logging tab) for all included jobs.
• Email Job Technician - Sends an email to each Employee (as defined on the Job logging tab) for all included jobs.

The format to use for emails sent using the Auto Email function. Templates are created in the Scripts/Templates Utility.

Check this button to only email the template to each contact and not attach the report itself.

Limits output to quotes only excluding non-quoted jobs. If this is not selected then quotes are excluded from the output.

Limits output to those jobs which are marked as billable. Unbillable jobs will be excluded. The invoice type is set on the Invoicing page of the Job Card.

Outputs all billable jobs that have been completed but not yet invoiced. This report option ensures that you never miss invoicing a TSM job.

Any Job Cards which are credits (negative total) are ignored from the report output

Job Card Reports includes some special field names:

• Age in days - Selecting this option limits output to jobs whose reported date falls within the nominated number of days. For example, all jobs older than 14 days.

• Age in minutes - Selecting this option limits output to jobs whose reported date/time falls within the nominated number of minutes. For example, you could use this to identify all jobs that are older than half an hour and are not yet called back.

• Due in minutes - Selecting this option limits output to jobs whose job date falls within the nominated number of minutes.

• Alert due - Selecting this option limits output to jobs whose alert due date / time has fallen due.
