Tick the required option to allow the employees in the Security Group to access these functions:

Contact Maintenance This must be ticked to access any of the customer / supplier functions.
Add Add new customers / suppliers.
Edit Make changes to existing customers / suppliers.
Delete Delete customers / suppliers.
Account Details
Update Customer ID Assign the customer / supplier with a new ID. Links to existing data are updated with the new ID.
Update Customer Notes
Change Enfore Order No
Change Account Status
Assign Cost Markups Assign pricing, markups and discounts on products for this customer. See Product Discounts tab on Contact Maintenance screen.
