In order for TSM Remote to access Job Cards in TSM, the Job's Job Card “PDA” tickbox must be ticked.

In order for TSM Remote to access Products in TSM, the TSM Product's Product Maintenance “PDA” tick box must be ticked against the relevant Product ID.

In order for TSM Remote users to access Customers from TSM, the TSM Contact Maintenance must have “Send to PDA” tick box ticked against the relevant Customer/Supplier ID.
