Data File Structure

TSM stores its data in tables called database files. Each table has a specific purpose and a good understanding of the basic tables in TSM will help you understand how everything is linked together. This can assist you when trying to put together new reports for TSM or modify existing reports.

The following illustrates the main TSM tables and their relationships to other tables.

Servcard

The Main Job Card table containing all information contained in a Job

Customer

The Job Customer, Billing Customer and Site Customer a job is linked to.

Employ

The main employee record linked into a Job including TSM Users and contractors.

Sevdetl

Parts used on a Job Card

Time

Timesheet entries entered into TSM

Invoices

Invoices linked to Job Cards

Cash

Cash receipts linked to jobs / Invoices

Product

Contains all information related to a product / parts used

Prodloc

The locations that products are assigned to

Maintain

The main maintenance contract table

Mainsite

Maintenance Sites that are linked to maintenance contracts

Maindetl

Maintenance details of equipment linked to the Maintenance Site table.

Schedule

Scheduled maintenance records linked to a site

Prepaid

Prepaid time inked to maintenance contracts

Assignment

Assignment records linked to Job Cards / Employees
