What is TSM Mobile?
The Service Manager Mobile (TSM Mobile) is an online web based for technician or field service personnel use. Here they can view or update such as assignments, jobs, checklist, products or parts, equipment, invoice, create a job and a lot of other things.
All configurations are setup in the TSM Back Office. Businesses would need to setup as per field service requirement or applications. Field personnel have limited means other than adding job, customer, products and quotes.
