Incident Description

Set up TSM and TSM Remote to monitor multiple assignments in the TSM Visual Scheduler.

You might have multiple assignments for a job as below and you need to see their updated status sent from TSM Remote in the TSM Visual Scheduler.

Resolution

1. Change the Visual Scheduler colour setup from TSM > Utilities > Setup > Setup > Miscellaneous > Visual Scheduler > Colour Code Assignments background by

Select Assignment Status Code then hit save.

2. On TSM Remote, technicians are able to see multiple assignments under Job > Assignments

3. Open the assignment for the day, change Status Code to Commenced, then hit Save.

4. In the TSM Visual Scheduler, the colour and status code has changed to Commenced - the Commenced status is set to pink in this case.
