Incident Description

TSM Logged In Users indicated a TSM Remote user is still logging in, however, this user has already logged out from tablet.

Resolution

Note: The follow action needs to be processed on the server which is installed TSM and TSM Remote

1. Execute Run from windows Start menu
2. Enter iisreset then click OK

Note: This command will restart all the installed web services in IIS, please contact your IT technicians or TSM if you have any further inquiry.
