Incident description

Input keyboard blocks the screen so you cannot see the entry.

Recommendation

Install “GO Keyboard” and set it as default input method

1. Open Google Play

2. Search “Go Keyboard” and install it.

3. Open Go Keyboard, follow the 2 steps to enable Go Keyboard also make it as a default input method

4. Open Go Keyboard again, locate Display Settings

5. Untick “Landscape full-screen” option

6. You should see what you are typing in TSM Remote now
