Mailbox

[The Mailbox tab of the Job Module]

The Mailbox records all Emails sent and received via the Job, to and from both Customers and Employees.

Emails are sent to Customers using the Email button next to the Company name in the Customer section of the Job. Emails are sent to Employees using the Email button next to the Employee Code on the Job Logging tab. Alternatively, clicking the Print button in the Toolbar allows you to Email any address you wish.

Use the buttons to the right of the Preview pane to Move or Copy the selected email to a different Job, Employee, or Customer record.
