The Audit Trail Utility is used to track the creation, editing, and deletion of records within TSM. Auditing is configured by going to the Setup and clicking Audit.
Tracking the creating and deletion of records for each module can be enabled by checking the appropriate box on the first tab of Audit Setup. The second tab allows a more granular setup of auditing, including tracking the editing of specific fields. To do this click the New button in the left grid, choose a table name from the top dropdown, and the field name from the next dropdown, then click Save.
Within each module, the Audit trail for the current record can be displayed by clicking the Audit Trail button.
All Audit records can be viewed by clicking Miscellaneous→ Audit Trails.
