Q: How can employees access TSM remotely?
A: Through Citrix Metaframe or Microsoft Windows Terminal Services, employees can access TSM remotely as if they were sitting at the office. Concurrent-users licensing applies. For example, a service department with 3 office-based employees and 10 field engineers with remote access would require a total of 13 TSM licenses. You can also use our TSM Mobile module TSM Mobile module which is a web based version of TSM to provide restricted access for employees.
