The TSM Enter Stock Take module enables you to manually adjust onhand stock quantities

Note: To access the stock take module in TSM you must have Active Stock Control enabled. To set the stock values at different locations, you must have Multi-location Stock Control enabled. Both of these options are set in the Utilities→ Setup→ Inventory tab.

[Stocktaking Module]

1. In TSM click the Action Menu then Products and Enter Stock Take.

2. In the top right select the location you wish to update stock totals in and the order in which you want the products listed.

3. For any product you wish to confirm as correctly having the current onhand value, click the toggle button.

4. For each product you wish to alter the current onhand value, either manually enter the value, or click the toggle setting it to the current on-hand value button and use the arrows to adjust the count up or down.

5. For any product you do not want to recorded a stock take for, leave the stock count field at -1. If the value is other than -1 pressing the toggle button will set it back.
