Q: I'm a service electrician and have for example, one client who might have something like 100 properties under management. I don't see how I can make the site address different to the client address and client billing address.
A: By default, TSM sets the Site ID the same as the Customer ID. If you blank out the Site ID and save the Job Card, you will now be able to enter a site address directly onto the Job Card.
