From Local PC to Server

For TSM Evolution, steps below apply either you want to upload or attach files to TSM (e.g. Job documents) between drives, local PC or Server inside the Cloud.

- Noticed the drop down arrow on the top middle of TSM cloud webpage, click on it to see the following shortcut function buttons.

From Local PC to Server

There are 2 ways to do this.

A. Click From PC to Server

  • Message box “Click here to select your file!” and click to select location and file then “Open” .
  • The file will upload to a virtual drive with a Webfile name convention.
  • The file will also be available inside File Manager
  • Webfile is a temporary virtual location only. Once you quit TSM Cloud, the file/s will be deleted.

B. Using File Manager

  • Click File Manager shortcut button.
  • Inside the window click “Choose a file to upload”. Select local location and file to upload.
  • The file or document will be available inside File Manager.

  • Open the Job then go to Documents tab, click “Add File” button.

  • Select file location and select document(we grab the file we upload from local PC to Server) then click “OK”.

  • Check document file location, name and description if correct then click OK to upload file otherwise Cancel.

* Click Save. The document is now link to the Job. You can click “Launch” to open link document

From Server to PC

Please check your Web Browser settings (Bold Textsuch as pop-up blocker and downloads location).

Click “From Server to PC”. Select file location and select document.

Using Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer

  • The selected file will be available inside File Manager. This is a temporary location only. Once you quit the TSM this will empty.
  • Click on File Manager to open. Select file you wish to move to your local PC.
  • A message box will appear to ask whether to Open, Save or Cancel the file you have selected.
  • If you click Save, the file will be downloaded to the local PC. You can choose to “Open” view file directly or “Open Folder” file location other than downloads or “View Downloads” to open “Downloads” folder set base from your web browser.

Using Google Chrome

  • A message box will appear to ask whether to Open, Save or Cancel the file you have selected.
  • If you click Save, the file will be downloaded to the local PC. You can choose to “Open” view file directly or “Open Folder” file location other than downloads or “View Downloads” to open “Downloads” folder set base from your web browser.
