OLE and OCX errors

Incident Description

TSM Error: “Unknown member LISTBAR,” OLE errors or any errors to do with OCX files.

Note: If you are using Windows Vista Please refer to the relevant document.

Resolution

This error has to do with library files for things such as the TSM Task Bar and the Visual Scheduler. The files need to be re-registered.

1. Right click on the TSM icon, click on “Run as administrator”. In TSM, press ALT+F8. A series of messages will appear such as this one:

2. Press OK on all of them. If any of these indicate that the file has not been registered successfully, please contact your IT personnel or TSM Support for help.
