Incident description

TSM does not run on Windows 2000.

Resolution

1. Use Windows Update to bring the system up to date with all security patches.

2. Use Microsoft Update to install Internet Explorer 6 SP1.

3. Go to Control Panel and open ‘System’.

4. Go to the Advanced tab and select Environmental Variables.

5. Select the ‘Temp’ System variable and click Edit

6. Add the following to the end of the Variable Value field:

;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP

Do not include any spaces before or after, make sure to include the semicolon.
