History

History Tab

The History tab provides a convenient way of viewing Contact Equipment, Job, Invoice, Maintenance History, Supplier Invoices and Purchase Orders.

The History tab includes the following sub tabs:

Job History

A list of all the jobs carried out for the selected contact. The Site Address, Service Requested, Work Performed and Job Note fields for the selected job can be viewed in the frames located at the bottom of the Job History tab. There is a dropdown allowing sorting of jobs by completed status. Press the view button to open the selected Job Card.

Invoices

A list of all invoices raised against the selected contact sortable by invoice paid status. Press the view button to display the selected job invoice.

Equipment Under Contract

Displays a list of all equipment on the Contacts Maintenance Contracts. Press the view button to open the selected Contract and the add job button to add a new Job for the selected piece of equipment.

Maintenance Schedules

A list of all the Maintenance Schedules assigned to this contact’s equipment. Some of the basic details of a selected schedule are displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Prepaid Time

Displays the same information as the Prepaid tab on the Maintenance module.

Tasks

Displays tasks for this customer. Tasks can be sorted by the completion status and viewed.

PO’s

Displays a list of Purchase Ordera for this contact, which one should see if this is a Supplier. Press the view button to open the selected PO screen.

Supplier Invoices

Displays the Supplier Invoices for this contact. Press the view button to go to the supplier invoice record in Purchase Orders.

Email

This feature displays the email correspondence for the contacts against this customer. There are two tabs Inbox and Outbox and several controls on the right hand side mimicking the most common email functionality. Press the forwad button to forward a select message to another address. Press the reply button to send an email to the address the message originates from. Use the copt to contract and move to contract buttons to copy or move the message into the email module of another Customer record in TSM. You will be prompted for a CustomerID:

The delete button removes the message from the list. Click the expand button to see a Web View of the message. There is also a number of text formatting controls above the message text panel allowing Rich Text formatting.
