TSM lets you store a visual aid to help identify a product. This may come to be useful in situations where you may need to clarify with a contact the description of a particular product. For example, use this when non-technical or administrative staff don’t know what a part looks like.

To assign an image to a particular product, click . An Open dialogue box will appear, allowing you to select the image that you wish to link the product to.

Browse through your files and choose the image that you want included.

Once you have chosen the image file, click on the Open button or click on the Cancel button to abort.

The graphic formats supported are JPEG, GIF, BMP (Bitmaps) and Icon files. To remove the link to the image file, press the Clear Image button.

Included with the image is the ability to add some notes that pertain to the product and is the same as the notes section of the Products Description page. For example, you may outline a peculiar feature that is not apparent when viewing the image. In cases where a particular product has changed physically, you can replace the old image with a new one by simply clearing the image then adding another one.
