The Employee Maintenance module allows you to set up the names of all of your employees, technicians and contractors, coordinators, managers and anyone involved in the process of running your service operation. Once set up, employees can be assigned to jobs and added to time sheets. All employees are able to log into TSM and can be assigned access level permissions and system passwords using this module.

In addition to the standard buttons the Employee Maintenance screen has the button which activates an instant message service for this user.
