TSM lets you store a picture of your employees and contractors to help you identify them. To assign an image to a particular employee, click on Add. An Open dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the image to link to the employee. Browse through your files and choose the image that you want included. Once you have chosen the image file, click on the Open button or click on the Cancel button to abort. The graphic formats supported are JPEG, GIF, BMP (Bitmaps) and Icon files.

The Clear Image button removes the link to the image of the employee and does not delete the actual graphic file. Included with the image is a notes field used for recording of any additional information.
