MailBox Tab

The MailBox Tab can be found in the Help Desk and Job Cards modules. Emails sent from a job can be viewed in the Outbox on that job. The Inbox will only be used if you have an XML script for receiving mail into TSM. Please speak to a TSM Consultant if this is something you require.

The following functions are available on the bottom right hand side:

Forwards the selected email.

Replies to the selected email.

Copies the selected email to another job. The email will appear on both the current job and the job it was copied to.

Moves the selected email to another job. This removes the email from job it was originally on.

Deletes the selected email.

Opens the selected email in another window.
