Parts Used screen

The Parts Used module allows you to keep track of all the parts that your company has used. These parts used must be linked to job cards in the Job Details section of standard jobs or Parts Used in Stages of a Contract Job.

You can filter the parts that you want to see in the table with the criteria selections above the table and you can sort the results by either Product or Job Card. The fields below the table will display the data from the selected entry.

To add or change parts you need to go through the Job Parts Used screen, accessed via the New and Edit buttons. Entering Parts Used from here is useful when you receive a list of parts used for many different jobs at once rather than entering parts used entries job by job. To quickly bulk add parts to multiple jobs
