Site Details

A Maintenance Contract can list your contact’s equipment on more than one site. For example, a contact might have a number of branches, or a number of different buildings etc. All the sites that are under a maintenance contract for a specific contact will be listed on this page.

To add additional sites for the selected contract, press the New button and to remove the currently selected site and discard its details, press the Delete button. When selecting a Site to add to the contract, TSM will search for any serialised equipment you have already created Job Cards for. If it finds any, the following will be displayed:

If you answer Yes. TSM will add as many equipment details as it can find on existing Job Cards for this site. This is very useful if you have been doing work for a contact for a while and only now are getting a Maintenance Contract. You already have captured much information about the contact’s equipment on those old job cards and TSM will add as much equipment as it can find to the site you are creating. Note: If you add the same site to more than one contract, TSM will duplicate the same list of equipment each time if you use this option.
