  • Approved - All time sheet entries that have been marked as approved
  • Unapproved - All time sheet entries that are not marked as approved.
  • Ignore - Ignore the approved flag on the timesheets
Process?
  • All - Include all time sheet entries.
  • Processed - Only show the time sheets that have already been processed.
  • New - Only show the time sheets that have not been processed and so are marked as new.
Approve time sheets

Similar to processing new entries, ticking this box will allow you to approve all the timesheets that appear on this report, as well as print the report. A prompt will pop up as follows:

Process new entries

TSM has a powerful feature which lets you report on new time sheet entries only. You might ask why this is important. Let me give you an example: You report on time sheets monthly and then manually generate invoices at the end of the month for time sheets. Now lets say that 2 months later, some old time sheets turn up that were not entered into TSM. You would enter them into TSM back dated 2 months. However these new time sheet entries will not be included when you print out the report of time sheets for the month as they were for 2 months back. What we need is a way to display all new time sheet entries regardless of the date they were entered for. If you checked the New option above then checking this option will display the following message after your report has been printed or viewed. If you answer OK to the above prompt then all the new entries that appeared in the above report will be marked as being processed and thus will not appear again in the new entries report
