Maintenance Reports

The Maintenance Contract contains all details about the contract including sites and items under contract.

• Contracts - The Maintenance Contract contains all details about the contract including sites and items under contract.
• Site Equipment - The Site Equipment report lists all items logged at a site. Use this report to print a site equipment listing.
• Schedules - The Scheduled Maintenance report prints details of schedules which are due, including the equipment linked to the schedules. Although schedules only exist once for the next schedule date, TSM has the ability to calculate all the due schedules into the future and display a listing of schedules due within a selected schedule date range. The date range can be specified using the range selectors that become available at this stage.
• Movements - The Site Movements report shows all the transfers of equipment from site to site.
• Jobs - The Maintenance Jobs report gives you an account of all the jobs that have been carried out against maintenance contracts.
• Prepaid Time - These reports relate to prepaid time contracts in TSM.

When reporting on schedules, check this to not include entries where the next schedule date in prior to the current date.

When reporting on schedules, use these fields to filter which schedules appear based on next schedule date. When not specified all future schedules will be displayed.

When the type is set to Prepaid, allows the report to be limited to contracts that have time available, no time available, prepaid contracts where a reorder is due, or all prepaid time contracts.

Check this to break up and email the report to each customer.
