TSM Self Service

TSM Self Service

TSM Self Service is an optional module of TSM that enables your contacts to log their own jobs via the Internet and also look at the status of their own jobs.

This screen is only enabled if you have purchased TSM Self Service and provides you with the ability to control various aspects of the TSM Self Service display.

Path to Web Pages

Enter the path to the directory that the TSM Self Service programs are stored in.

E-mail New Jobs to

The arrival of new jobs can automatically be emailed to an employee to carry out. To activate this, enter the employee's e-mail address.

Subject

When new jobs are sent by email to the appointed employee, the information entered here will be included as the subject of the sent out e-mail.

Attach job number created to the subject

With the subject header mentioned previously, you may append the corresponding job number.

Customer Interface Heading

This is the heading that appears on the top of the first page in the Contact logging module in TSM Self Service.

Onsite Job Heading

The heading TSM Self Service applies to onsite jobs Leave blank to disable this option in TSM Self Service

Workshop Job Heading

The heading TSM Self Service applies to workshop jobs. Leave blank to disable this option in TSM Self Service

Maintenance / Warranty Job Heading

The heading TSM Self Service applies to maintenance / warranty jobs. Leave blank to disable this option in TSM Self Service

Job Status for New Internet Jobs

Specify the status of new jobs that are created via the TSM Self Service web interface.

Onsite Job Type

Specify the Job Type of new Onsite jobs that are created via the TSM Self Service web interface.

Workshop Job Type

Specify the Job Type of new Workshop jobs that are created via the TSM Self Service web interface.

Maintenance/Warranty Job Type

Specify the Job Type of new Maintenance or Warranty jobs that are created via the TSM Self Service web interface.

Time & Materials Service Code

Specify the Service Code of new Time & Materials jobs that are created via the TSM Self Service web interface.

Maintenance / Warranty Service Code

Specify the Service Code of new Maintenance / Warranty jobs that are created via the TSM Self Service web interface.

Default Priority Code

The priority code to assign to jobs created via TSM Self Service.
