End of Day

End of Day

When calculating Employee productivity, it is important that you capture a full working week of time sheets including non-productive time.

To do this manually would be very tedious. The End of Day function makes this easy.

The end of Day functions fills in all the gaps in time sheets in a working day or range of dates.

For example, lets assume that time sheets have been entered as follows:

09:30 – 11:30, 12:30 – 13:00, 14:00 – 1700

Now suppose our normal working day is from 09:00 – 17:30. with a lunch break from 13:00 – 13:30.

The End of Day function will automatically create the time sheet entries in the following ranges:

09:00 – 09:30. 11:30 – 12:30. 13:00 – 13:30. 13:30 - 14:00. 17:00 – 17:30

To create time sheets, enter the required information and press the New button. When completed updating the details, press the Save button to generate time sheets or Cancel to abort the operation.
