Purge Information

In a case where TSM information needs to be removed en masse, the Purge option allows one to do so selectively.

Deletes ALL job cards and related information (time sheets, parts used, purchase orders etc). You must enter a cut off date that TSM will delete jobs up to. You can also choose whether to include or exclude completed job cards.

Deletes ALL Purchase Orders and Order Details. You must enter a cut off date that TSM will delete orders up to. You can also choose whether to include or exclude unreceived orders.

Delete ALL Maintenance Contracts, contract sites, maintenance details, schedules and related information.

Deletes ALL contacts information.

Deletes ALL product related information

Before you can proceed, you must type “Purge TSM info now” into the phrase field.

It is STRONGLY recommended that you back up your TSM data PRIOR to purging information as the process is irreversible once commenced. As a safety precaution, TSM will automatically back up its data files to the file TSMBACKUP.ZIP before purging data if you select the “Create an automatic backup” option.
