Tick the required option to allow the employees in the Security Group to access these functions:
| Contact Maintenance | This must be ticked to access any of the customer / supplier functions. |
| Add | Add new customers / suppliers. |
| Edit | Make changes to existing customers / suppliers. |
| Delete | Delete customers / suppliers. |
| Account Details | |
| Update Customer ID | Assign the customer / supplier with a new ID. Links to existing data are updated with the new ID. |
| Update Customer Notes | |
| Change Enfore Order No | |
| Change Account Status | |
| Assign Cost Markups | Assign pricing, markups and discounts on products for this customer. See Product Discounts tab on Contact Maintenance screen. |
- Select All/Deselect All - Click on this to tick/untick all options on this page.
