Tick the required option to allow the employees in the Security Group to access these functions:

View Job Centre	Access Job Centre to view the summarised Job list.
View Visual Scheduler	Access Visual Scheduler to view the Employee calendar.
Allow to build filter for job center	Access to create filter in job center.
Allow to select columns for job center	Access to select and set columns in job center.
