Updating Totals

TSM maintains totals for the parts, amount paid, amount owing and job total for each job card, purchase order and other data within TSM. Although unlikely, the totals could become unbalanced under some conditions.

Use this option to re-calculate the totals for all TSM data. You should not need to perform this task often.
