Customer Type

The Customer Type identifies different types of contacts for reporting purposes. It also allows a default Service Fee and default Labour Type to be assigned to customers with this Customer Type.

The default callout fee (service fee) to charge on jobs for customers with this Customer Type.

The default labour type to use on jobs for customers with this Customer Type.

Which customer type is the code valid for?

• Customer - The code applies to Customers only
• Supplier - The customer type applies only to Suppliers
• Both - The customer type is valid for both Customers and Suppliers
