TSM can be connected to using two different web applications: TSM Live and TSM Self Service.
TSM Live is used by technicians to log and manage jobs just like the actual TSM program. Each logged in technician uses a TSM license.
TSM Self Service allows registered customers to log jobs in TSM from the internet.
