John a TSM user wants to log into TSM Remote and update a job which was previously logged in TSM. Before John logs in to TSM Remote he must have the TSM Remote User tick box ticked in his TSM’s Employee Maintenance. Acknoledging John’s Employee Code as a TSM Remote User allow John access in TSM Remote.

John has ticked his Employee Code with TSM Remote User and saved the change. John can now use his Employee Code when Logging onto TSM Remote.
