Using the Signature feature to sign off on a job
Using the Signature feature to sign off on a job
1) Login TSM Remote
2) Select or search for the desired job which you would like to sign off on
3) Navigate to the tab “Job Details” on the left of the Job screen
4) You may enter your time sheets and any notes which are required
5) Navigate to “Job Completion” tab which is on the left of the job screen
6) Ensure any details you have entered are finalized. Enter your signature with a pen or finger
7) Type in your name in the name field bellow
8) To confirm click on Save located at the top bar
9) Depending on your TSM Remote configuration, TSM Remote may ask you to confirm that you wish to complete the job
10) If the job has not been completed. Click the “Complete” button to complete the job.
11) When printing an invoice for the job the signature will now be displayed on the Invoice (if your invoice is configured to include a signature)
