Time
The Time tab lists time sheet entries against the selected job card.
Long click each Time detail in the list, you can edit time sheet.
Time - Detail
In addition to add time sheets via the QuickTime function, time sheets can be added manually by pressing the Add button from the Time tab of a job card. When the Add button is pressed the Time details screen appears (as shown below).
You can also display an existing time record by long clicking the selected time record and you can enter the desired Employee ID, date, start and finish times, hours worked, billable hours, labour type and rate against the newly created time sheet.
If required, a cost centre may also be entered.
