SOAPFault (Server)

Incident Description

Receiving errors about SOAP Fault error while logging in TSM Remote

Error message : SOAPFault (Server): System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request.

Resolution

1. Open TSM Remote configuration page, click here if having trouble to locate the address
2. Enter your TSM user name and password
3. Click “Login”
4. You can restart IIS if the problem still occurs
